Not quite the right fit? We accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Just email us or DM us with your order name and we'll walk you through it.
If your piece arrives damaged or something isn't sewn the way it should be, message us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. That one's on us. 💌
Because custom pieces are made to your exact measurements and preferences, they're final sale — but if the fit isn't right, reach out anyway. We can often make small adjustments.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged. Store credit never expires. And because every piece is handmade, slight variations in measurement (about ± ½") are part of the charm rather than a defect — see our size guide for how the wrap fit works.
